Rarity Scale – Hyper Rare
Up for sale here is a stunning copy of the legendary UK psych grail “July”. Released in 1969 on Major Minor and nearly impossible to find in clean condition. This must be the best copy I ever had of this grail.
We can be short about the disc. It’s perfect. It shows a few super tiny lines but all of them are inaudible. Visual I grade the disc EX+/EX++. The record plays without any distortion. The music is fantastic. After playgrade I grade it NM. Both labels are really clean with only a few tiny spindle traces which prooves this record havn’t seen many recordplayers in its long life.
The sleeve is in EX+ condition. It’s always difficult to grade a July sleeve. It is never perfect due to its age and poor quality producing. This sleeve survived all these years superb. The front laminated single sleeve has a small bumb on the top left corner and a minor crease. Overall it’s nothing serious. The spine is perfect. Same goes for the opening. Really nice and sharp.
The back of the cover is always the problem. 99% of the copies has a lot of ring wear. This one has no ring wear at all!! I have never seen that before. It has small line of faded ink. This is caused during production (poor quality printing). It is truly unique to find such a clean sleeve of this album.
This copy comes with the correct original UK polylined inner sleeve.
