SHIPPING AND PAYMENT
We strongly advise you to pay in Euros to avoid extra costs, but we do accept UK Pound Sterling, US Dollars, Danish, Swedish and Norwegian Krone and Russian Rubles.
Please contact us if you want to pay in other currencies.
We offer two major options to buy a record.
1. Pay via our automatic payment system on our website. In our system you can pay with several services (Sepa bank transfer, PayPal, Creditcard, IDeal) directly on our website. Read this BLOG to find out how our webshop works with our payment system. It’s really easy and fast.
2. Pay with an invoice. Do you prefer to receive an invoice first? We offer you the option to receive an invoice first after you reserved a record. On the moment we received your payment we ship your parcel as soon as possible (mostly the next work day).
We accept the following payment methods:
IDeal (For our Dutch customers. No additional costs)
PayPal (fee of 9% extra)
Credit Card (fees depends on the used type of credit card)
(International) bank transfer (IBAN, SWIFT, BIC, no additional costs if you pay in Euro)
Cash (via registered mail only! We will sent you an invoice with all the details.)
We send packages all around the world. Do you live far from the Netherlands? Please contact us and we discuss the best possibility for shipping your parcel.

Shipping methods
Normally we ship with PostNL (Dutch Postal Services). PostNL works with almost all national postal services around the world.
If you prefer any other way of shipping your parcel, please contact us. We are happy to arrange the shipping method you prefer.
We ship all our albums in very strong packages, safe and very carefully packed in very strong cardboard boxes with fillers and bubble plastic. The records are always out of the original sleeve but always in the protective plastic outer sleeve.
