This is a beautiful copy of the mega rare UK psych monster Julians Treatment – A Time Before This on the legendary “Young Blood” label!
Both discs are in lovely condition! They still have their full sheen and only have some minor not audible hairlines on the vinyl. Both discs play superb without any major issues like pops, ticks and skips. Their is some light crackle at the beginning and run-out of all sides. Also the labels are lovely and clean with only a very few spindle traces. Long story short, this is a lovely example of a very collectable album! Overall we grade both discs EX+.
The fragile fully laminated gatefold sleeve is in EX condition. It is fully intact and also the lamination looks really nice!! The edges and corners have some light shelf wear but overall this is nothing serious. It has some small creases which is completely normal for an album sleeve con structed like this on this age.
The spine is really nice and fully intact! The opening is also very nice with only the lightest of wear.
There is some minor sticker residue on the top right corner.

“Julians Treatment” was a very short lived psychedelic rock act from the UK. The project was fronted by keyboard player and science fiction writer Jay Saverin and was formed in 1970 and also folded in 1970.
The group released one album and one single on the legendary “Young Blood” label, which was also responsible for releasing prog gems like “Elias Hulk – Unchained” which is also a mega progressive rarity.
The music on “A Time Before This” is without any question psychedelic. Great vocals and amazing musicianship! the recording is really good and also the mastering was done very well.
The songs are amazing and brings the listener to another place full of psychedelic sounds. It is really amazing!! If you don’t know this album, please give it a listen. It is worth every second of your time!;).
