Rarity Scale – Very Rare
Here we have a beautiful copy of Ginhouse. The copy up for sale here is the German 1st pressing.
The disc is in NM condition. It plays absolutely perfect. German Philips pressings are very well made records.
Super clean sound all the way through! The disc is amazing and looks like new. The vinyl surface looks lovely. This record hasn’t seen many record players in its long life. Both labels looks amazing. Like new!
The sleeve is in EX to EX+ condtion. The flimsy gatefold sleeve with die-cut part inside is extremely fragile. Therefore most copies are destroyed. This copy is fully intact and only shows minor wear near the corners. The spine is lovely and fully readable.
The die-cut part on the inside of the cover is fully intact. The left part of the flap shows a minor crease.
Please take a very good look at the photos to get a good impression!

Ginhouse was a UK heavy Progressive Rock outfit from Newcastle, England. The band was formed out of the Newcastle group “Household”. The group released only one album in 1971, simply called “Ginhouse”. The band disbanded in 1972.
This albums is a heavy UK Progressive masterpiece! From start to finish this album is fantastic! Typical UK, yes, and it has all the elements you expect from an album in this genre.
Long story short, this is a not to be missed. Because this is a German original pressing it is prices more friendly compared to the UK originals in this condition!
