Rarity Scale – Very Rare
Here we have a very nice copy of the fourth album by “Flower Travellin’ Band” called “Wake Up”. Originally released in 1973 in Japan.
Both discs of this very copy are in EX+ condition. Both discs looks very clean with no major issues like scratches, bigger lines and other nasty defects. Both discs play really nice with only some minor crackle here and there. Overall the music plays loud and clear on both discs. A super enjoyable copy and a keeper for most collectors. Both labels are nice and clean with only a few spindle traces.
This copy comes with the all important leather Bag cover. This is in EX condition. The leather flap has a minor fold near the opening. Nothing serious. All stitches are fully intact. Also the text is fully readable.
The thick cardboard gatefold sleeve is also in EX to Ex+ condition. It shows minor storage wear near the edges but overall nothing serious. Spine is lovely and also the opening is lovely. The cover shows no ring wear.
The inside shows minor age wear.
The insert is also there. This is in EX+ condition with only some very minor age wear. Unfortunately there is no OBI with this copy.
Please take a very good look at the photos to get a good impression!

“The Flower Travellin’ Band” is a Japanese rock band formed in 1970 from the remains of Yuya Uchida and The Flowers.
The band was made up of Joe Yamanaka (vocals) from 4.9.1, Hideki Ishima (guitars) from The Beavers, Jun Kobayashi (bass) from TaxMan, and George Wada (drums) from The Flowers. By the end of 1970, they had relocated to Toronto, Canada and lived there until March of 1972. In April 1973, the band split up, but they reunited in January 2008 with all original members joined by Nobuhiko Shinohara.
The album up for sale here is the fourth album by the group and was released in 1973 and is a collection of live and studio material of the group.
