Rarity Scale: Hyper Rare
A hyper rare psych/folk album on the mighty Decca label
This is a beautiful piece of psych/folk music from the Golden Era.
The disc of this beautiful near perfect copy is in mint- condition. It is fully playgraded and plays absolutely perfect. Both sides play like new with no crackles, pops or ticks. Maybe the slightest of the slightest crackle at the very beginning which is completely normal and has to do with the pressing. Further all the music and also the more quiet parts play immaculate. Both sides of the disc have their like new sheen. Also the labels are perfect with just one spindle trace on side 1. Side 2 if fully clean. The disc contains the 1st press matrices with JT-code, 1-C/1-U stampers and hand etched WT3758.
The sleeve is in Near Mint condition. The front laminated single sleeve looks like new on the front with a very minuscule laminate lift on the top near the spine. There are a very few tinyl creases here and there and the opening has some very small wear but overall that doesn’t have too much negative impact on the condition. The white unlaminated back of the sleeve is perfect.
This copy comes with the correct original Decca stereo inner sleeve.
Overall we can say this sleeve will fit in every very serious record collector. A monster rare gem this is!

“Amaryllis” is third and final album by “Bread, Love and Dreams”. It is also by far the rarest album of the three. This record almost never shows up. In the condition this copy is, is hyper rare.
Amaryllis was recorded at the same time, their second album was recorded called “Strange Tale of Captain Shannon and the Hunchback from Gigha”. The music is typical UK folk with psychedelic/acid influences. According to us a album not to be missed.
The album was released somewhere around mid-1971 and was totally missed by the public. There was very little marketing around this release. It looks like Decca wasn’t much interested or something.
We are not totally sure but we think the band allready disbanded at the time this album came out. In our opinion the band left us a essential folk/psych/acid album.
Amaryllis is super hard to find nowadays and almost never shows up. So this might be a once in your lifetime opportunity to get this gem in perfect condition!
