Rarity Scale: Rare

To find this record complete and in perfect condition became very hard nowadays. This copy is complete with all it’s original inserts, inner sleeve and paper bag cover. All in mint- condition.
The vinyl off this release is very thin. It almost feels like “Dynaflix”, but the sound is supurb. Both sides play like new. The labels are perfect without any spindle mark.
Long story short, this copy is as perfect, perfect can be. A must have for every psych/prog collectors who only wants the best copy in their hands.

About this record.

The album was released in September 1971 on the Grunt label. This copy is a so called “Hollywood Press”. The music is a combination of pop rock and psych rock and fits very good to the Jefferson Airplane sound.
“Bark” was the 7th album released by the band and the 1st album on “Grunt”. All the previous albums were released in “RCA Victor”.  Grunt is launched by Jefferson Airplane itself. The record was pressed at the “RCA Victor” pressing plant in Hollywood CA.

The inserts, outer paper bag, the rough paper inner and awesome sleeve makes this record a true piece of art.
This copy is the first pressing of this album. The illustrations are done by Grace Slick herself.

I want more information about this record.
