Rarity Scale – Mega Rare
Here we have a mega or even hyper rare French progressive rock gem from 1980 with experimental and avantgarde influences. Copies almost never pops up in the wild!
The disc of this copy is in lovely EX+ condition. On side 2 there are two inaudible tiny marks (tracks 1 and 2). Further the disc is absolutely M-!! The music plays loud and clear and super clean. Simply amazing. Also visueal the disc on both sides looks like new! Perfect labels with no spindle traces at all!
The sleeve on the hand is in VG to VG+ condition. It is the correct original single sleeve with the interstellar space artwork which belongs to the private pressing from 1980. The sleeve has Tesa tape around 3 sides. The sleeve also shows minor ringwear and there are some minor creases here and there. Further the spine is intact but has Tesa tape. The opening is in OK condition.
This copy comes with an original plastic inner sleeve.

A large selection of rare vinyl records from the golden era.
“Eider Stellaire” was a French progressive/experimental band which was founded in 1980. The band was formed around drummer Michel Le Bars.
The group released 2 albums in the 80’s. The group was influenced by the more experimental progressive rock bands from the early 70’s.
The album up for sale here is the original 1st private pressing which was released in 1980. The album was re-released in 1986 with a different artwork and insert. The re-release is quite rare and therefore quite expensive nowadays but the original 1980 private pressing is extremely rare and almost never pops up.
If you like progressive rock groups like “Gentle Giant” and say “Magma” this album is really something for you. For serious collectors of the genre this album is a true hidden gem!
