Rarity Scale – Very Rare
Here we have a very nice copy of “Dharma Blues”, originally released in 1969 on the legendary “Major Minor Records” label. This is a not to be missed UK Blues rarity!
The disc is in beautiful NM condition. The vinyl still has its shiny look like it was bought yesterday. The disc plays super clean with only some minor crackle at the very beginning and run-out of both sides. This is a lovely keepers copy for almost every serious collector. Both labels looks super clean with only a very few small spindle traces on both sides.
The front laminated single sleeve is in EX+ condition. It is fully intact.
The front of the sleeve is lovely with only some minor age wear near the corner. The edges are nice.
The spine is lovely, fully intact and fully readable. The opening is nice and sharp.
The bac of the sleeve is really nice. It shows some minor age spots near the edges. There is no ring wear. Stereo is written on the top right corner.
This copy comes with the original and correct polylined inner sleeve.
Please take a very good look at the photos to get a good impression!

“Dharma Blues” was a British Blues outfit formed in the late 60’s. It was a trio (John Hillary, vocals, guitar, kazoo, Mike King, piano and Gary Compton, harmonica and bones.
The outfit released only one album and one single. They managed to release the album on the legendary “Major Minor Records” label which also released maybe the greatest UK psychedelic album “July”.
Originally the band started as “Dharma Blues Band” with artist Dave Brock, Mike King and Luke Francis. After the release of their single, Dave and Luke left the band. They were replaced by John and Gary and released the album up for sale here.
