Up for sale is a very nice NM/EX copy of Cervello – Melos. One of my absolute top favourite Italian prog albums with a beautiful gimmick cover. This copy is full complete with original custom made inner sleeve.
The disc is in lovely NM shape. It plays beautiful from start to finish with no nasty defects at all. The vinyl surface looks lovely with only minor lines caused by the original inner (no effect on playback). Both labels are lovely with only a few spindle traces on both sides.
The cover is in EX condition. The fragile gimmick unlaminated single cover is fully intact. The flap on front shows no tears. The spine is nice and fully readable. The back of the cover is lovely with no ring wear. The bottom edge shows minor wear but nothing serious.
The custom inner sleeve shows only minor age stains. Further it’s lovely.

Cervello was an Italian prog outfit from the early 70’s. The band is famous among Italian progressive rock lovers. The band was from Naples Italy and released only one album. “Melos” is a masterpiece to my ears. One of the absolute best Italian prog albums. It has all the elements to make it a gem in the genre. Great musicianship and good vocals.
