Fifth Pipe Dream – Volume 1 was released in November 1968 on the “San Francisco Sound” record label. The LP contains a collection of typical US late 60’s psych tracks from groups like “It’s A Beautiful Day”, “Tripsichord Music Box”, “West Coast Natural Gas” and “Black Swan”. These groups were all active in the San Francisco music scene back in the late 60’s. The collection of songs combined with the amazing Psych artwork of the sleeve makes this a beautiful time piece. The Black and White gatefold cover was the very first issue to be released of this LP.
