HOW TO USE OUR NEW WEBSHOP? We have tried to create a webshop which is easy to use and open for everybody around the world. In this blog we explain you how to buy records.

Step 1. We have tried to create a webshop which is easy to use and open for everybody around the world. In this blog we explain you how to buy records.

Step 2. Use our custom build filter to find records you are looking for. It is not obligated to use the filter. Not using the filters mean you see every record for sale in the shop.

Step 3. If you found an interesting record. Please take a very close look at the photos and information. Click on ‘more information’ to find more related info about the band and history of the record. All the photos you see and information you read is about the exact record you buy. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions through the green button "I want more information about this record" on the product page.

Step 4. Is it the record you looking for? You can add the record to your crate (shopping cart) by clicking on the green button ‘add to your crate’. You can choose to return to the shop or check-out.

Step 5. Want to check-out? Please click on ‘check out’.

Step 6. In the check-out room you can add all your details to receive the record safely. Please add additional information in ‘order notes’ if you want to share important details with us. You have different options for shipping. Choose you preferred shipping method. We always use PostNL for fast and secure shgipping around the globe. Do you prefer another shipping method, please contact us and we will arrange it for you.

Step 7. You can choose to pay via our payment system in our webshop or request an invoice to pay.

Step 8. Choose your mehtod of payment. We offer you PayPal, creditcard, IDeal, Bank transfer. If you want to pay in cash, please contact us. If you pay with an invoice, all the payment methods are discribed in the invoice.

Step 9. When a payment has succesfully been made, the record will be shipped to you within 72 hours (mostly the next workingday). You will always receive a track and trace code from us with information about tracking your parcel. We strongly advise you to pay in Euro to avoid additional costs.

PLEASE NOTE! Some hyper rare records are not priced but marked with "Price on Request". If you want to inform yourself about the price, please use the green "Add to Quote" button. On the right next to the shopping crate button you see a trolly. If you click on the trolly you can fill in the "Request a Quote" form, and we will get in touch about the price and other specific information. It is possible to create an account to view your purchases and other information. It is also handy because you don’t need to fill in all you details with every purchase.
