Rarity Scale – Mega Rare
Available for sale is a mega rare copy of “Rosemary Lane”. The only album done by the UK Folk outfit “Tickawinda”. The album came out in 1979 on the tiny “Pennine Records” label. A top item within the UK Folk albums from the 70’s.
The super fragile unlaminated thick paper sleeve is in EX condition with only very minor age wear. The piece is fully intact but shows some minor wear near the edges. The top left corner has a small bumb. The cover is fully signed by 4 band members.
The disc is lovely and can be graded EX+. The vinyl surface shows no nasty defects. Both fragile black paper labels are incredible clean with only one spindle mark on both sides.

About this record.
In 1979 “Tickawinda” were the resident group at the Rose & Crown, a folk club in Stalybridge, UK hosted by Dennis Hayward. Tickawinda had an extensive and varied repertoire and were well qualified to pull in a crowd and keep them entertained.
The band released only one LP back in the day but was reissued 3 times. Original copies are very scarce nowadays.
